The story behind how our company was founded

Empower print and direct marketing companies to capture and leverage mobile phone numbers to better serve their prospects and customers

How it started

It all started with a simple question while we were looking to capture the mobile number of prospective leads. Through data, we knew that SMS marketing yielded the highest open rates of any medium. Yet there was no single step solution to capturing valid mobile numbers from consumers in a way that can trigger the sales or support teams.

Research & Development

In our research and development we created a solution fully capable of matching a direct mail piece that was sent to a specific name and address with the mobile number of that person who received the mail piece and scanned their Personalized QR Code. With that action we now knew who specifically scanned the QR code, and could update their contact record and trigger an action to a CRM.

Outcome

In this process we realized that if we were going to help the greatest number of businesses possible to maximize their ROI we needed to be completely independent of any one print company or marketing CRM. Our powerful APIs allow for full autonomous functionality to include user creation, inbound contacts, QR Code generation, and most importantly the campaigns and triggers once a scan is made.
